Ordering and product information

Making an Order

Our online store makes it really simple to order. Once you have selected the gift box you would like to send, you can complete your recipient’s details on the checkout page of our shopping cart and include a short message which we will hand-write for you on our Bespoke gift card. You can also place your order by phone or email, send your enquiry to info@tbgco.com.au and we’ll give you a call back to finalise your order. Please note that orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received.

Pre-order Christmas Gifts

Our Christmas 2018 Range will be available for pre-order from September 3rd. Simply choose your preferred November/December delivery date on the calendar at checkout.

Transaction Currency

All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Hampers Containing Alcohol

Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is an offense to supply or sell alcohol to a person under the age of 18. Alcohol may only be purchased or received by people 18 years and over.

Product Availability

All items advertised at The Bespoke Gift Co. are in stock unless otherwise stated. The Bespoke Gift Co. reserves the right to substitute a product temporarily unavailable for a product of equal or greater quality and value, this includes packaging.

Privacy Policy

The information The Bespoke Gift Co. collects from our customers is strictly confidential and is not shared with any third party. The Bespoke Gift Co. will not disclose your personal information to anybody without your permission.

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

Gift vouchers can be redeemed on our online store www.tbgco.com.au Gift vouchers are emailed to the purchaser. The email can then be forwarded to the gift recipient. Gift vouchers are valid up for 12 months from the purchase date. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable, non transferable and not redeemable for cash or other vouchers. For your security, the gift voucher cannot be redeemed without the Voucher ID. We have the right to cancel vouchers and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained voucher is redeemed.

Delivery charges

Standard shipping is FREE Australia-wide. If you are placing a large corporate order with multiple hampers we are happy to discuss delivery costs and timeframes with you. Please call us on 1300 408 616

Delivery Options

We use a number of trusted couriers to ensure that your gift arrives safely and on time. All gift deliveries are made from Monday to Friday. We are unable to deliver on Weekends or Public Holidays. Please refer to the delivery timeframes tab for information on estimated delivery times. You can place your order in advance and choose a future preferred delivery date on the 'preferred delivery date' calendar when ordering online. While we will endeavour to deliver your gift as fast as possible,we can't guarantee your preferred delivery date. Factors such as the delivery location and courier must be accounted for. Please place your order early to avoid any disappointment and to give us the perfect opportunity to ensure that your hamper arrives on your preferred delivery date. If you are organising the hamper to be delivered to a residential address, please provide the recipients telephone number when ordering online. We give our courier the authority to leave parcels if the recipient is not at home. This only happens when the courier deems this to be safe. If a successful delivery cannot be made, the courier will leave a calling card for the recipient to collect their hamper from their local post office. The Bespoke Gift Co. cannot be held liable for theft or damage of the gift, if the intended recipient is unavailable to receive their delivery.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times will vary depending on your location, whilst we can guarantee we will ship next day in some cases it can take up to 10 days for delivery for rural areas. These are estimated shipping times to major cities but cannot be guaranteed: Sydney: 1-2 days Canberra: 1-2 days Adelaide: 2-3 days Brisbane: 2-3 days Melbourne: 2-3 days Perth: 5-10 days Hobart: 3-4 days

Christmas Deliveries

During the last 2 weeks of December, our couriers experience an unprecedented volume of hamper deliveries. Please allow extra time for delivery. We will endeavour to have your gifts delivered as close to your preferred delivery date as possible. If you are concerned about a delivery, please feel free to email info@tbgco.com.au to check on the status of your order during this festive season.

Hospital Deliveries

We are happy to deliver to hospital inpatients. We always call the hospital to ensure that the recipient will still be there when your hamper is delivered. Please keep in mind that patients are often discharged quickly and we may require a home address if the patient is leaving the hospital before your gift will arrive. We may also require an alternative surname for maternity ward inpatients as they may be checked in under their maiden name.

Returns & Refunds

Refund Policy

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform The Bespoke Gift Co. if a gift has not been delivered. Upon notification we will investigate and ensure that the gift is delivered and received. Refunds will not be given for late deliveries. We will not be held liable for late delivery outside of our stated delivery commitment. In the unfortunate event that a gift has been damaged through the delivery process, we will replace the gift. Contact us on 1300 408 616 or email info@tbgco.com.au to organise for the replacement gift or damaged items to be re-sent. In the event that you would not like a replacement gift or damaged items re-sent, we will refund the credit card used for the value of the total transaction or the value of the damaged items. We are committed to ensuring that your transactions with The Bespoke Gift Co. are processed with excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Cancelling an order

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately at info@tbgco.com.au Once payment for an order has been accepted, cancellation is at the discretion of The Bespoke Gift Co.
